Scholarship applications are considered monthly or on an as-needed basis.

Allow a minimum of 2 weeks for processing. Scholarship recipients are notified by mail.

DASL Scholarships are to encourage professional growth in librarianship.

Financial Guidelines
- Amounts range from $25 to $300.
- Funded with $5 of the $25 membership dues
- Awarded during the year in which the funds are collected
- Award two-thirds of the money prior to the end of the school year
- Award the remaining one-third for summer conferences
- Any monies left in the scholarship fund will carry over to the scholarship fund for the next year
- Full Scholarship = registration fee + ticketed events + travel (when out of town) up to $300
